JM USA is expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on professional to take ownership of our warehouse operations in Spring, Texas.

As the North American division of JM Tor Par, a leading manufacturer of hot-forged fasteners, we serve OEMs and distributors in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining, and Construction. This role offers the opportunity to be a foundational part of our growing U.S. operations, supporting a global supply chain and setting the standard for efficiency and reliability.

The Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the physical logistics that keep JM’s supply chain moving. You’ll support both our sales and manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate handling, organization, and delivery of custom-engineered fasteners across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping and Receiving
Receive, process, and log incoming domestic and international shipments accurately.

Material Handling
Operate a forklift safely to organize inventory, load and unload trucks, and move materials efficiently within the warehouse.

Inventory Control
Perform regular inventory checks, inspections, and organization to maintain precise stock records.

Facility Support
Assist with rack installation, mounting, and general maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Quality and Logistics
Prepare and package outgoing orders for delivery, ensuring all materials meet quality and documentation standards.

Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Proven experience operating a forklift
• Ability to safely lift up to 55 lbs per box and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to take on growing responsibility
• Able to work on-site in Spring, TX
