Rising over 1,400 feet tall with 60 stories of advanced engineering, sustainability, and design innovation, this landmark skyscraper will serve as the future home for more than 14,000 employees in midtown Manhattan. Designed by Foster + Partners and built by Turner Construction, the tower represents a new era in energy-efficient commercial architecture — and JM USA is honored to be part of its foundation.
Supplying Strength for a Landmark Project
JM USA provided high-strength structural fasteners — including Heavy Hex Bolts used in key steel connection assemblies throughout the tower’s framework.
Each component was hot forged, heat-treated, and tested, ensuring unmatched tensile performance and reliability.

Manufactured with U.S.-melted and poured steel, JM USA’s products reflect the company’s commitment to North American quality, traceability, and compliance. Every lot shipped to the 270 Park Avenue project included complete Material Test Reports (MTRs), certifying full compliance with ASTM and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

JPMorgan Chase’s new headquarters is set to become New York City’s largest all-electric tower, designed to operate on net-zero carbon emissions and powered by renewable energy sourced from a New York State hydroelectric plant.
