Handling over 50 million passengers annually, AICM’s modernization project required high-performance fasteners capable of delivering exceptional mechanical strength, vibration resistance, and corrosion protection in Mexico City’s challenging environment.
JM USA provided Heavy Hex Structural Bolts all hot forged, heat-treated, and fully certified to meet ASTM specifications.
These fasteners were used in key steel connection assemblies across the terminal structures, supporting roof trusses, expansion joints, and high-load framing systems.

All products were manufactured from U.S.-melted and poured alloy steel, ensuring full traceability, tensile consistency, and quality assurance throughout production.
Each lot was accompanied by Material Test Reports (MTRs) verifying compliance with ASTM, ISO 9001:2015, and applicable customer requirements. Our in-house heat treatment and quality control facilities guaranteed uniform mechanical properties across every shipment — a must for mission-critical structural applications.
